Who We Are
Our Mental Health Practice
Our extensive experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized counseling, substance abuse treatment, and trauma therapy. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and bring a half century of combined compassionate experience. We provide services to adults, adolescents and children.
Paulette Wijas, LCSW excels in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and grief and loss. She is experienced in providing EMDR, TFCBT, TICPP and CBT/DBT .
Jane Kemnitzer, LCSW Specializes in treating depression, anxiety and stress-related disorders. Has a special interest in treating trauma. Experienced in providing EMDR, IFS and TF-CBT.

Our focus is to help individuals heal, become aware of and optimize their inner strengths. By providing a customized treatment plan, including specialized therapies such as DBT, CBT, TFCBT, EMDR, AODA, we help clients achieve their goals.
